Emma crafts and executes strategic communications campaigns for a range of arts and culture institutions, leveraging her background in the performing arts and philanthropy.

Projects include award-winning productions at Park Avenue Armory, including the off-Broadway run of Illinoise; San Francisco Ballet under the leadership of Tamara Rojo; the renovation of David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center; and the Smithsonian American Art Museum and its Renwick Gallery, among others.

Prior to joining Resnicow in 2021, Emma worked on the development team at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, supporting both its $550M David Geffen Hall capital campaign and Young Patrons program, and held internships at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and the Doris Duke Foundation. Emma graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
